At Arctic PCs LLC, each custom system is built to order using high-quality components and tested for reliability before shipment. Because of the personalized nature of our work, we maintain a strict return and warranty policy to protect the integrity of our service and pricing.
π¦ Return Policy
β Custom PCs β All Sales Final
All custom PC orders are final and non-refundable once the build process begins. This includes:

Any order using custom-selected components

Any system built specifically for a customer
Because parts are purchased specifically for each build, we do not accept returns or cancellations once work has started.
β Prebuilt Systems
Prebuilt (non-customized) systems may be returned within 7 days of delivery only if unopened and in their original packaging. A 5% restocking fee applies. Opened or used systems cannot be returned.
π οΈ Defective or Damaged on Arrival
If your PC arrives with a hardware issue or shipping damage, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will:

Diagnose the issue remotely

Arrange for repair or part replacement under warranty if it's a covered issue
Shipping damage claims must be reported immediately and include photos of the box and hardware.
π‘οΈ 1-Year Limited Warranty
Every system is covered by a 1-Year Limited Hardware Warranty, starting from the date of delivery. This covers:

Manufacturer defects in PC components

Labor costs for repairs
π§ Whatβs Not Covered:

Physical or accidental damage (including bent pins, cracked boards, etc.)

Damage from improper use, overclocking, or third-party software

Electrical damage due to improper power supply or surges

Software issues (including OS corruption, driver conflicts, etc.)

Unauthorized repairs or modifications
π¬ Warranty Process
To request warranty service:

Contact us at arcticpcs@outlook.com with your order number and issue description.

We may provide troubleshooting steps or require photos/videos for diagnosis.

If return or repair is required:

Customer is responsible for return shipping to Arctic PCs LLC.

We will repair or replace covered components and return the PC to you. Outbound shipping may be charged if abuse or non-warranty issues are found.
